Q. What are the return terms?

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card) within five business days. You will be notified, via email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account once it has received the refund confirmation from Femme de carriere.

Q. How do I return or exchange an item?

Please contact our e-boutique manager, at 514-384- 6706 Ext.: 0 or e-boutique@ femmedecarriere.com for a return/exchange authorization number. This email must be forwarded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have received your product (this delay is determined based on the delivery date tracked by Postes Canada or Purolator). We will not accept a return/exchange request past the 7-day deadline. Please securely pack and seal the returned items with the original tags attached.

Q. Can femme de carriere product purchased through femme de carriere online be returned to an independent retailer or to femme de carriere’s boutiques?

No. All products purchased through femmedecarriere.com must be returned according to the return policy above. Please contact e-boutique@ femmedecarriere.com for additional information.

Q. Can femme de carriere product purchased through an independent retailer be returned through femme de carriere online?

No. All products purchased through one of our independent retailers, must be returned to the store in which they were purchased. We cannot dictate or intervene in independent store exchange or return policies.
